GU n. 177 del 1-8-2005) e del regolamento del concorso, che prevede l\u2019utilizzo esclusivamente di lievito madre e canditi senza anidride solforosa e proibisce l\u2019uso di conservanti, emulsionanti, mono e di gliceridi, oltre a coloranti o aromi artifi\u00adciali.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: black; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0cm; font-weight: normal;\">Con un\u2019ottima risposta da parte dei partecipanti, anche per questa edizione \u201cDivina Colomba\u201d si conferma un contest molto apprezzato<\/span><\/strong>. \u201cSiamo molto soddisfatti sia dell\u2019ottimo riscontro numerico sia dell\u2019elevata qualit\u00e0 dei lievitati pervenuti per la gara. &#8211; ha commentato <strong>Massimiliano Dell\u2019Aera<\/strong>, fondatore di Goloasi.it &#8211; Abbiamo superato di gran lunga il numero degli iscritti rispetto allo scorso anno, confermando la massiccia risposta da tutta Italia, e con un livello di lievitati veramente molto alto che ha messo in difficolt\u00e0 i giudici nella selezione dei finalisti.
